Cheddite 16ga 2.5" (65mm) 16mm New Primed Hull (100/bag)

Specifications:

Description:

If cartridge manufacturers do not produce their own hulls, then it is a good chance that they may be using Cheddite hulls. These are reliable straight-wall hulls. They are extremely versatile for almost all load types. They crimp easily, either with a fold or roll. Primed with the reliable CX2000 (known as the Cheddite-209 in the USA).

Crimping new hulls: Our Super Crown Crimp Starter will make your crimping easier with much more satisfying results. Improved crimps and more complete powder ignition will result.

Restrictions:

Shipping primed hulls: Remember, new/primed hulls are your best value and there's never a Hazmat charge when you ship them via ground service in the contiguous U.S.

Work great in my 1915 Model 12 4/11/2024
These hulls work great in my 1915 Winchester Model 12 the 2 9/16 chamber. I wish there was a way to get on a list to be notified when they are back in stock.

1oz #6 awesome loads 11/3/2022
Made perfect loads for old 68mm chamber A5. Have reload 2 times hulls look good. Cycles perfect

Amazing hull. 4/15/2022
Like all Cheddite 16 gauge hulls, these stand up to numerous reloads even at high pressures. I’ve loaded them up to 8 times before the crimp started to split. If you’ve got an older 16 with a short chamber, this is the hull you need. You can’t get any better.

WHEN? 2/9/2020
Probably good stuff, like all your product lines, but they are never in stock so why advertise them?

Dear Mr. M. Swampy: Production runs at foreign companies are out of our control. We receive containers many times over the course of a given year from Cheddite, and we are never sure when these types of rare hulls will be included in our shipments. We always have them on order. The best advice is to order them when you see them in stock. We only discontinue items that we know we cannot obtain ever again.
