Description:

Cheddite produces high quality hulls of all gauges and lengths for manufacturing clients all over the world. They produce well over a billion hulls every year. These are reliable straight-wall hulls; extremely versatile for almost all load types. They are skived and crimp easily with a fold or roll. We prefer using a Super Crown Crimp Starter on new tubes because they generally need a little extra crimp memory.

Great looking finished shells 7/3/2024
I have been using the blue Cheditte hulls for about a year now. After 7 cycles I tossed them however they still looked pretty good without any splits or burns. The blue hulls have not been available so I purchased these red hulls I loaded them several months ago on a cold snowy day. I started to use them for Annie Oakleys using Longshot a couple of weeks ago. They loaded great and I did not have any spring back of the folds on any of the 500 I loaded.

Hard to crimp On Lee Loads-All 8/2/2023
I loaded a little over a box of shells today, and had to keep going back to recrimp. They have a lot of memory even though they have been skeeved. Maybe that is normal for New hulls. This was my first time using unused hulls so maybe roll crimping, or one of the better reloaders would be better. Looking forward to trying them out in the field. My next order will probably be the Cheddite book, and maybe a roll crimper, and Cheddite primers.
