DryFire Primer Sealant (20 gram tube)
Our ballistic lab worked directly with the industry leader in ammunition weather-proofing to develop DryFire primer sealant. Our lab wanted just the right combination of viscosity and sealing capability - and we've finally found it. We're so confident in DryFire that we've discontinued the primer sealant we used to carry; DryFire is that much more effective. If you shoot in any conditions that may include a chance of any type of precipitation or water splash, then you need DryFire as part of your loading routine.
When applied correctly, BPI DryFire creates a moisture-proof barrier between shotshell components and the elements. Apply DryFire around the edge of the primer in a finished cartridge. Only a small amount is required. Allow the sealant to air dry.
Product is effective within temperature range of -40 F to 150 F. Though it may get a little thicker in extreme temps, but it will not solidify.
Features:
*Also see ShellShield crimp sealant for complete shotshell waterproofing.

Me likey! | 4/4/2022 |
This was my first use of your primer sealant, and it did a great job. I like the application tip on the tube, although a lot of people use a tiny brush. The tip worked just fine for me.

Makes A Good Seal | 7/1/2018 |
Very easy to apply, flows like water and cures to a rubber-like seal in about 10 minutes. better than the nail polish Ive been using. Doesnt harden or evaporate in the tube if it sits for a while. Has a bit of a chemical smell but that goes away in no time. Good stuff!!!

Primer Sealant | 4/18/2016 |
Product is very good, and does what its supposed to do. Easy to apply, drys quickly so you can store finished ammo in no time and know it is protected from moisture. A handy trick I use, is to purchase .5oz bottles of finger nail polish, empty the bottles, rinse with 100 0/0 acetone, then put primer sealant in bottles with an application brush already handy.
