The Hornady Key Lock Safe 2700 (XL) has a heavy duty, tamper-proof exterior housing that is made of thick 14-gauge steel with dual internal locking lugs, a 4-point capture system nd a security cable that is rated to 1,500 lbs.  Meets TSA requirements for handgun security in luggage.

Child-Resistant Design:

Built to exceed the ASTM International safety standards for child and pry resistance, lock strength, drop/pick/saw tests and hinge attack resistance.

Heavy-Duty Construction:

Exterior housing is made of thick 14-gauge steel with dual internal locking lugs and 4-point capture mechanism.  A1,500 lb.-rated cable secures the safe to an immobile object for additional theft protection.
