OMV Hull Cutter Kit
The OMV Hull Cutter is mainly used to open loaded cartridges when you need to recover the components. It can be used on plastic or paper cartridges and it is possible to open the cartridge at any point, precisely, quickly, and safely.
Comes complete with gauge adaptors for 12, 16, 20, and 28-gauge, and .410-bore.
